It is celebrated every year and it seems to be a reminder for us, students on how to e healthy and how to avoid or prevent life style diseases. Another activity that has conducted was COOK FEST and the FOOD FEST. It seems that these contests wants to make the students remember that they should eat nutritious food. The cook fest wants to develop the skills of the students in cooking while the food fest promotes the Healthy-Eating Habit.
