"The True Essence of Christmas"

We all know that in the 25th Day of December we are celebrating the Christmas Day and it is the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Christmas is very important to us because it is the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Christmas is all about love, sharing and caring. Caring about another over yourself, spending the time to do the little things to make Christmas special for our loved ones. Christmas is about togetherness. Being with the people you love, sharing a meal, laughing and sharing happy memories. It is also about giving. Doing things for other people, helping with toy distributions to needy children, collecting food for the needy and remembering those who have less fortunate. Christmas is an ideal time to express love and good wishes for those we care.

Celebrating Christmas is very important beacause it is the only day in expressing our love to others and giving gifts to our loved ones.

MY INSIGHTS FOR SECOND GRADING

The Second Quarter is already done. It's hard to think that we will enter again into the next quarter. I'm very happy because I have so much to learn and my knowledge become wider. I learn a lot of things in my subject T.L.E such as the different kinds of tag, HTML editors, how to create our activity in the notepad and many more. It's nice to learn this things because we don't expect that somehow we can apply this things in our future. Being a good and responsible student, we must prioritized first our studies so that we can have a better future and better life someday. Learning a lot of things is so important to us, because without this we cannot find a better job.

I already encounter a problem, it's hard to learn about the different kind of tag and it's hard for me that every quarter is over, the lessons becomes harder. We must bear in our mind that, "EDUCATION IS THE CONTINUOUS PROCESS OF LEARNING."

"Our Future Depends on OUr Teachers"

Teachers have a great role to us as a student. They are not just ordinary persons. Teacher is our second parents and they have a big rule in our life. Just like our parents in our house they teach us and they also give advice to us.
Teachers are very important to us. They are here to teach us about the different things around us that we do not know. They are also giving us an advice and guiding us when we are in the school in the right way. Our teacher do their best to teach us so that we learn more things that our teacher teaching to us. Being a good and responsible student we should give love and respect to them as we give love and respect to our true parents. I consider my teacher us my hero because they are sharing to me their knowledge and giving me an advice in the right way.
Teacher are very important to us as a student so we must love and respect them and consider us our second parents when we are in the school. MY TEACHER IS MY HERO....

"Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for the Development of our Nation"

What comes to your mind if you hear the word Science Culture? It is an environment? Nature? or things? How can I adapt myself to protect our mother earth.?

For me, Nature will com to my mind when I hear the word Science Culture because it is all about the things that surrounds us. Having a clean and healthy surroundings is very important for us people because the different plants here in our Nature is the source of our daily living. I can also adapt myself to protect our Mother Earth by using the 3R's (Reduce,Reuse and Recycle) and planting some trees. We should also participate in clean and green program of our barangay do.

We should take care of our Mother Earth so that the next generation will also see the beauty of our Earth.

"FILIPINO DIALECT from BALER Throughout the PHILIPPINES"

Language is also another way to challenge us and to develop our different skills. It is our key to success in life and to achieve our goals. If you love your ownlanguage I'm sure that your own language will also love you..

There are 17 regions which have their own languages used by the people who stayed at a certain area. These are the some languages used by the Pilipino's; ILOCO, TAGALOG, CEBUANO,PANGASINENSE and other languages. Having an own dialect is very important so that understanding and unity will possess to us Pilipino's. It is also a way on how human communicate with one another. As we all know that GOD gave us our own language in the different countries so that we can give love, importance and to be proud of it. But sometimes we cannot control to used our own language properly. Just like other Pilipino that are working in the other country, sometimes they do not noticed that they are not using our language properly.

We Pilipino's are still using our own language at home, in communicating to our teachers, friends and classmates at the school and also all over the world. MABUHAY WIKANG FILIPINO,..!!

"A NEW TECHNOLOGY"

In my fourth year life as a student, I've learned a lot especially new technologies. We have learned about using the computer, how to used/manipulate the Internet,Yahoo and also the History of Internet.

Only there are also problems/challenges that I have encountered. At first, I can also hard up in manipulating the learnings intruduced to us by our teachers.

But these challenges makes me strong enough to find my way on how I can get along these discoveries that I have learened.

Proving on these learning/discoveries I can now stand alone to say that Im already on the modern way of life with all the new technologies that can move up/develop my life to become progressive and to be a good student.

"Speak in ENGLISH or FILIPINO w/ Kindness"

In every country, we have our own language to use and most especially is English and Filipino. Language is very important to one people or human being so that if we are going to speak with someone, we can avoid misunderstanding and miscommunication. It is also important to us because if we haven't this, we didn't know how to speak in the right way.

We are Filipino's and we have our own language and we are supposed to use or speak on. We are more fluent in Filipino language because it is easier to say or to use, but as they say, English is the International language, we must also try our best to speak in english so that if we are going to other country, we know how to speak English and so that we will avoid mistakes and misunderstanding to someone.

So we must speak english and filipino language in proper way and we must also choosed the proper kind of language in speaking in order to commit miscommunication.

"THE NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION"

It's July again, it is the time for us to celebrate the Nutrition Month. It is celebrated every year and it seems to be a reminder for us, students on how to e healthy and how to avoid or prevent life style diseases. Nutrition Month seems also to be the most availed Month Celebration of the whole Ilocos Sur National High School.. Why,.? Find it out guys,..!
Another activity that has conducted was COOK FEST and the FOOD FEST. It seems that these contests wants to make the students remember that they should eat nutritious food. The cook fest wants to develop the skills of the students in cooking while the food fest promotes the Healthy-Eating Habit.
